Class FAQ

Q: When will my package arrive?
A: When you register your kit will ship that month with an estimated ship out date. Classes with a Pre-cut card kit option only will be shipped out First Class. Product based classes will be sent priority mail with tracking, and should arrive 2-5 days after they leave my studio.

Q: How will I pay each month?
A: Depending on the class offered, upon registration, you will receive an invoice within 24-48 hours that must be paid by the deadline date. If payment is not received, your kit will not be prepped or shipped.

Q: How do I find the directions to make the cards?
A: PDF Tutorials for classes will be emailed with a class registration or purchased in my card shop. Be sure to save these documents in case you don’t plan on making the projects right away. If you don’t see them check your spam folder and email me and I can resend the document.

Q: What if I already own the stamp set or bundle that you are featuring?
A: No worries. Use what you have!! Specifics on purchasing guidelines will be posted for each event/class.

Q: Are there special perks if I join your team? Can I still participate in classes if I’m on your team?
A: Yes and Yes. All Operation Inkers receive all of my Project PDFs Free and the card kits at discounted rate!
