Black Magic Technique with a Twist-Stampin’ Sundays

Check out these awesome cards! They use a technique called Black Magic.

I decided to step out my comfort zone and start challenging myself to learn some new tips, tricks, and techniques that I can add to my card making repritoire.

This technique is a lot of fun, makes gorgeous cards, and uses only a handful of supplies!

The main stars in this technique are the Basic Black Cardstock, White Craft Ink, and Colored Pencils. In this case I’m using Stampin’ Up! Watercolor pencils.

The craft ink allows the colored pencil to really make the stamped image pop out creating some beautiful vibrant images. You can even add a “twist” by adding accents with a white gel pen.

Here’s a project sheet with measurements and a supply list for all the items used to create these cards

You can check out a step-by-step tutorial to learn step-by-step how to create beautiful cards using this technique!

I hope you enjoyed this technique and these cards! Be on the lookout for more tutorials just like this!!

Happy Stampin’!
