Hello,
Today I wanted to share with you a card challenge that I took part in on my upline’s FB page. We were challenged to create a card and post it to the page. The sketch features a circular focal point with angles in the background.
Because I love the Coffee Cafe’ Stamp Set so much, I decided to use the Designer Series Paper and stamp set to create an cute card. Here is the card…
To create this card, I cut the card base out of Early Expresso Cardstock at 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″. I then cut 2 pieces of the designer series paper at an angle to create the matte and attached them to the card base. Both sheets initially measured 5-1/4″ x 4″. I used the circle die to cut a circle from Early Expresso Cardstock and the stitched circle famelit die to cut a circle from whisper white cardstock. I stamped the Sentiment in Basic Black Ink and them glued both circles together to create the focal point. I fussy cut the coffee pot and cup from the designer series paper and attached them to the circle using glue and dimensionals. I then used dimensionals to pop the circle focal point off the card.
Here are the supplies I used to create this card:
